1. Who we are
Rentzio (rentzio.ai) provides AI-powered audits of Airbnb listings and is operated by Outsource Information Systems ("we", "us"). For data protection questions, contact us at privacy@rentzio.ai.
Outsource Information Systems is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What we collect
When you use Rentzio, we may collect:
- Email address — when you request an audit or join the waitlist.
- Airbnb listing URL — to fetch public listing data for your audit.
- Audit results — scores, findings, and market comparison generated for your listing.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and request metadata processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery.
We do not require you to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3. How we use your data

4. Processors we use
We share data only as needed to operate the service:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, short-term report storage (KV), and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or any identifier that follows you across sites. May process data in the EU/US.
- Loops — email delivery and contact management.
- Apify — fetches publicly available Airbnb listing data from your URL.
- Anthropic — AI analysis of listing content. Listing text and metadata are sent for processing; we do not send your email to Anthropic.
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google receives the pages you visit (without report links or query strings), your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not send your email or report contents to Google.
We have data processing agreements or equivalent safeguards with these providers where required.
5. Retention
- Shareable reports — stored for 72 hours, then automatically deleted from our cache.
- Email contacts (Loops) — kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
- Server logs — retained by Cloudflare according to their policies (typically short-term).
6. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies. We use:
- Essential cookies — set by Cloudflare for security and bot protection (e.g.
__cf_bm). - Cookieless analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and page load speed for every visitor. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
- Analytics cookies (optional) — set by Google Analytics only if you click Accept (
_ga,_ga_*, kept for up to 2 years). They let us count visits and see which pages are used. If you decline, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. - Local storage — to remember your cookie choice (
rentzio-cookie-consent).
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Declining removes any analytics cookies already set.
You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site may not function correctly if essential cookies are disabled.
7. International transfers
Some processors are based outside the European Economic Area (e.g. United States). Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.
8. Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability, where applicable
- Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
