1. Who we are
Rentzio (rentzio.ai) is an independent project that provides AI-powered audits of Airbnb listings. For data protection questions, contact us at privacy@rentzio.ai.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What we collect
When you use Rentzio, we may collect:
- Email address — when you request an audit or join the waitlist.
- Airbnb listing URL — to fetch public listing data for your audit.
- Audit results — scores, findings, and market comparison generated for your listing.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and request metadata processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery.
We do not require you to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3. How we use your data

4. Processors we use
We share data only as needed to operate the service:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and short-term report storage (KV). May process data in the EU/US.
- Loops — email delivery and contact management.
- Apify — fetches publicly available Airbnb listing data from your URL.
- Anthropic — AI analysis of listing content. Listing text and metadata are sent for processing; we do not send your email to Anthropic.
We have data processing agreements or equivalent safeguards with these providers where required.
5. Retention
- Shareable reports — stored for 72 hours, then automatically deleted from our cache.
- Email contacts (Loops) — kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
- Server logs — retained by Cloudflare according to their policies (typically short-term).
6. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use:
- Essential cookies — set by Cloudflare for security and bot protection (e.g.
__cf_bm). - Local storage — to remember that you accepted this cookie notice (
rentzio-cookie-consent).
You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site may not function correctly if essential cookies are disabled.
7. International transfers
Some processors are based outside the European Economic Area (e.g. United States). Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.
8. Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability, where applicable
- Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
