Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Rentzio (rentzio.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Rentzio provides AI-generated audits of publicly available Airbnb listing data. Reports include scores, findings, and market comparisons based on third-party data and automated analysis.

The free audit is provided as-is. Paid plans and additional features may be offered separately in the future. We may change availability or limits without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may only submit listing URLs you own or are authorised to audit.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the service (automated bulk requests, rate-limit evasion, or scraping)
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party listing URLs without permission
• Attempt to access other users' reports or job data
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

We may suspend or block access if we detect abuse, including via rate limits or manual review.

5. Reports and accuracy

Audit reports are informational only. They are not professional advice on pricing, legal compliance, photography, or revenue management.

AI and third-party data can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying recommendations before acting on them. Rentzio does not guarantee increased bookings, revenue, or search ranking.

6. Shareable report links

Reports may be available via a shareable link for up to 72 hours. Anyone with the link can view the report. Do not share links publicly if your report contains sensitive business information.

7. Intellectual property

Rentzio's branding, site design, and software remain our property. You retain rights to your listing content. You grant us a limited licence to process your submitted URL and email solely to deliver the audit and related communications.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on Airbnb public data (via Apify), AI providers, email delivery, and Cloudflare hosting. We are not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc. Airbnb is a trademark of its respective owner.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentzio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €50 if the service was free).

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for violation of these terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
